Book Synopsis:
At twenty-two years old, Sydney is enjoying a great life: She’s in college, working a steady job, in love with her wonderful boyfriend, Hunter, and rooming with her best friend, Tori. But everything changes when she discovers that Hunter is cheating on her—and she’s forced to decide what her next move should be.
Soon, Sydney finds herself captivated by her mysterious and attractive neighbor, Ridge. She can’t take her eyes off him or stop listening to the passionate way he plays his guitar every evening out on his balcony. And there’s something about Sydney that Ridge can’t ignore, either. They soon find themselves needing each other in more ways than one.
A passionate tale of friendship, betrayal, and romance, Maybe Someday will immerse readers in Sydney’s tumultuous world from the very first page.

My Review:
I’ve been used to cliche love stories until I found this book. At first I thought the story of this book was something like girl-caught-boy-cheating-then-find-another-man-who-will-comfort-her scenario. But a big NO! There’s was something in this book so shocking yet captivating. To be honest, I didn’t know at first that Ridge was deaf (like seriously). That was the shocking part I was talking about. For me, that part is so intriguing that you will actually wanna know how their love story will end up and how can music be a part of life of a deaf. The romantic parts give that feeling that you are also inside the book. However there are also scenes that will make you think why in the first place Ridge is doing such things (being a two-timer part). But eventually, Colleen Hoover has smoothly wrote the explanation and answered those unexplained thoughts. After reading the whole book, I got this I-certainly-want-more feeling. Yes. It’s a cliff-hanger.
But no worries cause Colleen made a novella as a sequel of Maybe Someday encircling with Warren and Bridgette’s love story. Honestly, I haven’t read it yet but I will. And after reading, I promise to write a review about it. And here’s what I’m talking about, Maybe Not by Colleen Hoover.
